Schedule of 2012 Budget Meetings and Meeting Minutes: Click on the above dates to view Budget Committee Minutes and below on 'budget' to view the proposed budget as it progresses toward Town Meeting. Process: Department Heads formulate and submit department budgets for year 2012 to the Town Manager. From these requests, the Town Manager developes a 2012 proposed budget, and presents this budget to the Budget Advisory Committee. A 2012 proposed budget revenue sheet is also developed. Following review and action by the Budget Advisory Committee the budget is forwarded to the Selectboard for consideration and finalization prior to town meeting. The Selectboard Budget will be presented to the residents of Haverhill for approval at the Annual Town Meeting scheduled for March 13, 2012. |
