subsequent day following notice to comply is considered an offense.
Relocating Structures: The fees for relocating
structures shall be the same as new structures whether residential, commercial
or industrial.
Any person who fails to obtain a building permit or is
in any way in violation of the Building Permit Ordinance, Life Safety Code, or
Fire Code shall be subject to a fine not to exceed $100.00 per day for each
violation as required by RSA 676:17, the Building Permit Ordinance, and all NH
Statutory references to the Life Safety and Fire Codes.
The
Precinct, working with the Fire Chief, may contract inspection services with a
third party and require contracted costs, as well as Fire Chief costs noted
above, to be borne by the applicant.
